You are able to combine different options to create a perfectly balanced meal program for your chapter.  In addition to having the option of a plated or buffet service, you can even choose a combination of those two options. For example: Plated service for lunch and a buffet style dinner service.   We can also include breakfast and salad bar options as well as dessert services.
